On behalf of the Management Board of the UNIMOT Group, we are pleased to announce important changes within the management structure of our subsidiary, UNIMOT Paliwa Sp. z o.o.
Effective 1 May this year, Mr Przemysław Podgórski, previously Vice President of the company, will assume the role of President of the Management Board of UNIMOT Paliwa. Mr Podgórski is a highly respected industry leader with extensive experience within the Group's structures. At the same time, Ms Grażyna Pawlak will be appointed Vice President of the Management Board for Trading. Ms Pawlak has successfully driven the growth of the LPG segment, contributing significantly to its dynamic expansion and strengthening the company’s market position.
At the same time, we hereby inform you that Mr Robert Brzozowski and Mr Filip Kuropatwa have decided to step down from their positions as Members of the Management Board of UNIMOT Paliwa Sp. z o.o. Their decision stems from the need to fully dedicate themselves to management responsibilities within UNIMOT S.A., where – as Members of the Management Board – they will continue to oversee the operations of UNIMOT Paliwa, ensuring its strategic development and providing support at the highest decision-making structures of the Group.
These changes represent a deliberate and well-considered step towards further strengthening the management structure of UNIMOT Paliwa. We are confident that they will contribute to the continued development of our organisation and the delivery of the highest standards of cooperation. We firmly believe that these enhancements will strengthen our operational capabilities and drive even greater business value across our partnerships.
